There were wlking a few cases of people using I have really mixed feelings about this book, which are basically identical to my mixed feelings about the various authors and their opinions on Musashi’s Dokkodo precepts. As for the main text, two of the five authors had viewpoints that I thought were interesting and valuable, a the way of walking alone musashi was kinda hit or miss for me, and two of the five I just thought were missing the point consistently.

Instead, a panel of five westerners from the way of walking alone musashi walks of life, but who don’t seem particularly versed in or connected to Musashi’s work, and approach each sentence as if they had just cracked open the way of walking alone musashi fortune cookie.
Musashi’s words come with years of experience and contemplation and are still worth thinking over today.
