This author has a very enthusiastic style towards his subject matter: This book is not yet featured on Listopia. It’s “old school” training and while some of the concepts have since been disproven, the importance of a strong work ethic is emphasized again and again.
The old gym owner would constantly preach the value of basic exercises, heavy leg work, along with a sensible diet.
