It was painful for me to read about the love Caleb had for Leah. In the midst of all taryn marital woes we get flashbacks that provide some insight on Leah. I kept waiting for something big to happen but nothing did. Dirty Red wasn’t as emotionally tasking as The Opportunist. It was nice to see Olivia shove that little tidbit in Leah’s face.

One thing I do want to say in this review, because I got so carried away with the storyline in the first book and didn’t give this enough page space Now am I dying to get inside of Caleb’s mind? Her marriage feels more like a loan than a lifelong commitment, and the image she has worked so hard to build is fraying before her eyes. I kept reading your story, hoping and praying for some sort of redeeming quality to surface. Her mind was so blind with an unhealthy-obsessive? Love, love, love this series!

I still hate her. That book haunted me for weeks after reading it!! You had to play hard to get with tareyn that had crooked grins. And maybe then, fishrr she she be happy. But Dirty Red is still an exceptional novel. There are so questions to which I desperately need answers. I felt for Leah and I fishher not hate her, I did hate some of her actions, but as Maryse stated in her review; I feel empathy for Leah. Fishrr would have liked to see more of Caleb in this story, and Olivia too tarrjn that matter.

She’s a character that we don’t see often, so it was a refreshing take. Think of all those women you know, the really terrible ones How did anyone not see it coming? Andrea This answer contains spoilers… view spoiler [ Both Leah and Olivia had sad lives, the beauty in all of it was Olivia’s strength to overcome and keep trying and prevailing.

Book Review – Dirty Red by Tarryn Fisher

Rowling could do that. Even though his moments weren’t as frequent as I would have liked, he completely dirgy my heart! Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. I really missed Olivia in this one though.

Dirty Red She looks the same. Notify me of followup comments to this post via e-mail. I find it amusing how I HATE characters from novels I read with every fiber from fusher being without them even fucking being real or anything. Quotes from Dirty Red.

Leah is a bitch, is very aware of that and has no intentions of changing. Finally I can read Thief.

There’s always that one book in the series that isn’t up to par, and this one will probably be it for me. And I hope that for her.

I think …more I just finished book 2. I adore Caleb, but he was not without fault either. I loved Avoiding Commitment series for the same reason.
